Snake Eyes is attacked in a Beirut hotel room. After he incapacitated three of them, the female assassin explains that Cobra has sent them to take G.I. Joes hostage.

Destro and Zartan are working with the Joes, Chuckles and Billy (Cobra Commander’s son and Storm Shadow’s apprentice). They are hiding from the Night Creepers, on a freighter in Beirut.

Storm Shadow introduces the Ninja Force: Nunchuk, TJBang, and Dojo.

Chuckles, Billy, and Zartan escort Destro to a prearranged meeting, while the Ninja Force takes on the attackers…

Meanwhile, the Baroness is forced into the Brain-Wave Scanner…
